FAQs

When will we know the finer details for the weekend?

We are still planning all the finer details for the weekend and will let you know when they are all confirmed.

What facilities are there for campers?

There is a washroom with two showers and four toilets. As cars are not allowed onto the camping field, wheelbarrows are provided to help move all your gear from the car to the field (although this is not actually very far!).

Barbecues and campfires are allowed in designated areas.

Camping guests are welcome to bring a small music docking station. All outdoor music must be turned off by 10pm latest and must be kept to a reasonable level.

Do I have to stay for the whole weekend?

No, you do not need to stay for the whole weekend.

You would be very welcome to join us from Friday to Sunday, Saturday to Sunday, or just join us on Saturday for the party.

What if I want to camp but don’t have my own camping gear?

If you want to join in the camping, but don’t have your own camping gear, you can hire a bell tent for the weekend. You can hire a bell tent and bring your own bedding, or you can hire the whole lot.

Naked Bell (includes tent, coir matting, bunting and fairy lights) – £180 for the weekend.

Prestige Bell (includes tent, coir matting, bunting, fairy lights, double bed, luxury bedding, rugs, cushions, seating and crates) – £325 for the weekend.

Let us know when you RSVP if you think you would like to hire a bell tent and we will be in touch in due course with more details.
